3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed fresh lemon juice
1 large garlic clove clove, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt, plus additional for seasoning
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, plus additional for seasoning
1 1/two tablespoons chopped fresh tulsi leaves
3 tablespoons essential olive oil
4 (six to eight-ounce) mahi mahi fillets
- Zesty Tulsi Butter:
- Combine the butter, fresh lemon juice, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and tulsi inside a medium saucepan and prepare over low heat, stirring before the butter melts. Cover and warm over low heat.
- Heat the oil inside a large skillet over medium heat. Season the fish with pepper and salt, to taste. Prepare the catch 3 minutes then turn and prepare until just opaque, about three or four minutes more. Transfer the fillets to individual plates.
- Spoon the nice and cozy tulsi butter within the fish and serve.
