Mahi mahi recipes

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 1/2 teaspoons freshly squeezed fresh lemon juice

1 large garlic clove clove, finely chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt, plus additional for seasoning

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, plus additional for seasoning

1 1/two tablespoons chopped fresh tulsi leaves

3 tablespoons essential olive oil

4 (six to eight-ounce) mahi mahi fillets

  1. Zesty Tulsi Butter:
  2. Combine the butter, fresh lemon juice, garlic clove, salt, pepper, and tulsi inside a medium saucepan and prepare over low heat, stirring before the butter melts. Cover and warm over low heat.
  3. Heat the oil inside a large skillet over medium heat. Season the fish with pepper and salt, to taste. Prepare the catch 3 minutes then turn and prepare until just opaque, about three or four minutes more. Transfer the fillets to individual plates.
  4. Spoon the nice and cozy tulsi butter within the fish and serve.
